Since its founding in 2008, Darby Law Practice has focused its practice on representing individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy and in various dealings with creditors.  The firm files primarily Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Darby Law Practice firmly believes that bankruptcy is an important legal tool available for the honest, but unfortunate, debtor.  Most bankruptcy cases are the result of matters completley outside of an individuals control, including loss of a job or income, a medical emergency or a divorce.
